Andre Allen, the ex-husband of former En Vogue and Lucy Pearl star, Dawn Robinson, offers his ex-wife a job in hospitality at the Hilton brand, according to TMZ Hip Hop.
Allen believes her charismatic personality will fit perfectly in the hospitality industry while balancing work in the music industry. The job he offered to her would provide free medical insurance and paid time off, and he believes her personality would be a perfect match for sales.
Allen, a Grammy award-winning artist of L.A.-based R&B group IV Xample, was married to Robinson from 2003 to 2010. He retired from the music industry, earning more money at his job than he was receiving in the music indistry. He also discovered God and is preparing to tie the knot.

He says that the music industry would never pay his ex-wife for what she’s worth, as reported by TMZ Hip Hop. He now helps struggling entertainers in general, who are struggling in the entertainment industry.
The offer comes in the aftermath of Robinson sharing on her vlog that she’s been living in her car for almost three years after an unsuccessful living arrangement with her mother and former co-manager.
He revealed that he had previously extended an employment offer to her prior to her financial difficulties, and that this offer remains valid.
