Police officer and social media personality Tommy Norman was booked into the Pulaski County Detention Facility on September 14, 2025, and remains in custody on charges of third-degree domestic battery, according to a police report.
TMZ, which obtained the report, stated that Norman’s wife told officers he struck her chest during an argument, leaving what appeared to be a minor injury. Norman allegedly told authorities that he was only blocking her hand after she attempted to slap him.
The Little Rock Police Department has placed Norman on administrative leave pending the outcome of both the criminal investigation and an internal review, TMZ reported.
