Sean “Diddy” Combs is Being Sued By Ex-Employee Who Claims He Had to Prep and Clean Hotel Rooms for Diddy’s Sex Parties

Phillip Pines, an ex-employee of Sean “Diddy” Combs, is suing Diddy for sexual harassment, sexual battery, and sex trafficking.

The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, claims some of Pines’s job duties from 2019 to 2021 involved covering up Diddy’s sex orgies.

The former employee claims he had to set up hotel rooms for Combs’ outlandish “Wild King Nights” sex parties involving multiple women that would last for days.

The lawsuit claims that Pines’ job duties include prepping the hotel rooms with red lights, baby oil, towels, alcohol, marijuana, and illegal drugs, according to the lawsuit.

Pines also had to remove any evidence from the ‘wild orgies,’ such as drugs, sex toys, and clean up bodily fluid stains (blood and urine).

He was also forced to have sex with women to prove his loyalty to the rapper while Diddy watched him perform in the act.

Pines claimed he was forced to work for Combs after the disgraced rap mogul contracted COVID-19 in November 2020.

He traveled with Combs (who contracted COVID) to Turks and Caicos during Diddy’s birthday celebration and said that a celebrity guest contracted COVID.

Pines claims he had to stay silent after the celebrity asked him if anyone had COVID-19.

Diddy remains behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center while awaiting trial in May 2025.
