The Justice Department released 3.5 million responsive pages of the files related to Jeffrey Epstein today as part of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The recently unveiled documents from the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein contain serious allegations related to Donald Trump regarding sexual misconduct, which includes orgy parties, raping and auctioning off minors, and a suspected sex trafficking ring at Trump’s California golf course. Other allegations include rumors of girls being missing and witnessing of young girls being murdered, which are also alleged, with no indication of the president being linked to those allegations. Note: The names of the victims, complainants, and witnesses are anonymous.
In the complaint summary, an allegation has emerged from an unidentified person, who was a minor at the time, regarding sexual misconduct that reportedly occurred approximately 35 years ago in New Jersey. The complaint summary includes underage girls who were 13-14 at the time, allegedly performed oral sex on Trump, and an alleged victim biting President Trump while performing oral sex and was struck in the face after she laughed about it.

Additional allegations involve the president hosting events at Mar-a-Lago referred to as “calendar girls,” during which Epstein allegedly brought in children for Trump to auction off. The files that were released indicate that he assessed the children’s vulvas and vaginas by inserting a finger and evaluated them based on tightness. The documents reveal that the attendees there were older men, among them Elon Musk. The document additionally indicated that Ghislaine Maxwell, Don Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump were in attendance. Attorney Allan Dershowitz attended the event alongside Attorney Bob Shapiro. The files reveal that underage girls were taken into rooms where they were forced to perform oral sex on Trump and allowed penetration, with Trump being accused of rape.
Other details of an unidentified person, who was a 16-year-old model at the time, attended eight parties at Epstein’s New York residence. The report states that she was sexually assaulted by Epstein during these events, which allegedly included ‘big orgy parties’ involving her, other young girls, and older Victoria’s Secret models, with notable figures such as Trump, British socialites (Allen, Oren, and Tai), and Bill Clinton present.
The complainant, a limousine driver, is the subject of additional allegations. He reported overhearing Trump on the phone while picking him up from Dallas Fort Worth airport in 1995. The driver expressed concerns about the conversation and mentioned that he was moments away from stopping the limo and confronting Trump. The complainant also heard Trump mentioning “Jeffrey” while he was on the phone. The complainant alleges that his former girlfriend was a victim of rape by Epstein and Trump.
In the years 1995 to 1996, an unidentified individual reported witnessing a sex trafficking ring at the Trump Golf Course located in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, involving Donald Trump, Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, and Robin Leach. The documents disclose serious allegations involving orgies, as well as reports of missing girls, even girls who are rumored to being murdered and buried at the facility. The complainant reported being threatened by Trump’s former head of security, who allegedly warned that if she spoke out about the events or who witnessed them, “he [no detail in the files on whom the person was referring to] would end up as fertilizer for the dog park, similar to others who had crossed him,” as noted in the Epstein files.
New allegations have emerged from a complainant who followed up with a New York Police Department officer regarding previous reports. The individual claims that at the age of 13, she was coerced into performing sexual acts and became pregnant in 1984. The complainant also alleges the involvement of high-profile individuals in her sex trafficking case, as well as the murder and disposal of her newborn baby. Furthermore, the complainant asserts that Trump was a regular participant, paying her to engage in sexual acts, and that he was present during the murder of her newborn by her uncle.

An allegation from 1987 has surfaced in the summary, involving an unidentified victim who was out drinking and ended up at the Trump Plaza. It has been reported that the victim saw Trump and wanted to meet him. An unknown man approached her with an offer to introduce her to Trump. The unknown man gave the victim a drink, and she later woke up sore, naked, and with $300 on the bed. The victim had no recollection of the events leading up to this moment, except for a flashing image of Donald Trump’s face. She communicated her suspicion of an assault to a friend. However, the victim chose not to seek medical attention (have a rape kit performed) for a potential assault, fearing that her intoxication would lead others to doubt her account. The victim’s husband, who operated a business, had problems with the suppliers and believes that Trump was behind it all.

The documents include various allegations involving Trump and notable individuals such as Sinaloa Cartel, Epstein, and Maxwell, as well as videos and images of sex parties and dealing with cartels. Other allegations are linked to Epstein, featuring a disturbing incident allegedly involving Robin Leach allegedly strangling a young girl to death at the party, according to the complaint summary.
The Department of Justice has stated that these allegations are unverified and sensationalist, highlighting that some materials could be fabricated or submitted publicly without proper verification, as reported by TMZ. The release is part of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which was signed into law by Trump on November 19, 2025, which provides Congress and the public with access to millions of pages of the documents.
