50 Cent Hints at the Idea of a “Surviving T.I. & Tiny” Documentary Focusing on the Sexual Assault Allegations Tied to the Couple

50 Cent sparked speculation online after responding to reports that he may be developing a documentary centered on fellow rapper T.I.

On March 5th, 50 Cent shared a now-deleted Instagram post featuring a screenshot of a news report claiming he is working on a project titled “Surviving T.I.” The rumored documentary follows a previous project he produced examining allegations surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs.

“Remember how quiet I got before the Diddy doc, Dame thought I wasn’t coming,” he wrote, while also writing that he would be releasing new music today.

The news reignites the public feud from last month between the two hip-hop artists after they went back and forth on social media, which even involved members of T.I.’s family. The speculation surrounding the reported documentary, according to the 50-year-old rapper, would bring attention to past allegations involving T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris. Beginning in 2021, multiple women accused the couple of drugging and sexually assaulting them, allegations both T.I. and Tiny denied. Authorities in Los Angeles and Las Vegas said criminal charges could not be pursued in several instances because the claims fell outside the statute of limitations. In 2024, a civil lawsuit filed by one accuser was dismissed after a judge ruled the claims were time-barred.

What began as subtle jabs in the late 2000s ultimately erupted into a full-blown rap feud in 2026, driven largely by T.I.’s music while 50 Cent kept most of his responses on social media. The tension between 50 Cent and T.I. dates back to 2007, when 50 questioned the idea of T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, calling himself the “king of hip-hop” without fans input. The comment was widely interpreted as a jab at T.I., who had branded himself the “King of the South” following his album King.

The following year, 50 raised eyebrows again by publicly questioning T.I.’s relatively light sentence on federal gun charges stemming from his October 13, 2007 arrest, hinting on the G-Unit track, You So Tough, that the authorities’ math didn’t add up. 50 further commented on the Atlanta rapper’s legal troubles and suggested his wife, Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, could have taken the fall.

After his September 2011 release from prison, T.I. addressed the “Many Men” rapper during a Vibe interview in November 2011, stating the following:

“I’ma tell you, 50 Cent and anybody else: we not gonna have no discussion about what my ole lady shoulda, woulda, coulda done for anything as it pertains to me,” he said. “We ain’t gonna do that. I’m the only one in my family that’s gonna take a lick when it pertains to the legal system.”

Tip added, “Since me, none of my other family members have seen a jail cell. Nobody. I’m the last one. The buck stops here. I feel that a person that stands behind [his woman for a criminal charge] is a coward anyway.”

Following the “Rubber Band Man” rapper’s statement, 50 hit back on X (then Twitter), stating that the numbers didn’t add up for him when it came to Tip’s sentencing.

“Man I just saw something T.I said in VIBE about a tweet I wrote when he caught his drug case. He just got out a jam and caught a new one,” he wrote on Twitter.

“Any other time a n*gga done. Get caught with 10 machine gun an silencer then catch a drug charge. You will f*ck around and get natural life….This boy got a get outta jail FREE card. Don’t get emotional over your lady. It a get you in some sh*t you don’t want to be in. If U can get 5 years easy 4 some sh*t and I’m the support of my family. Why would it be wrong if ya lady had to take probation? Sh*t she ballin to lol.”

50 later claimed via social media that the two eventually cleared the air during a phone call and briefly squashed their issues.

The rivalry reignited in 2020 when T.I. wished 50 a happy birthday and challenged him to a Verzuz battle, which 50 dismissed while trolling him online. Throughout the year, T.I. repeatedly challenged the Queens, New York native to a Verzuz matchup. In 2021, 50 addressed T.I., explaining that he felt Verzuz only made sense during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and declined again.

The situation escalated in February 2026 after T.I. revived the challenge during a podcast appearance with Shannon Sharpe and Chad Ochocinco. 50 fired back on social media, telling T.I. to keep his name out of his mouth and posting clips implying he had cooperated with authorities.

The feud quickly intensified when 50 Cent poked fun at Tiny’s appearance, with T.I. responding by calling 50 a “rat,” claiming he had lost respect for him, and releasing multiple diss tracks including War, The Right One, and Lessons. Some of T.I.’s children, King and Domani Harris, also entered the exchange to defend their parents, further amplifying the dispute.

50 declined to respond musically, choosing instead to troll online before deleting his posts and stepping back, while T.I. and his sons continued firing off diss tracks and social media jabs targeting the hip-hop entrepreneur.

The post (now deleted) by 50 Cent quickly fueled speculation among fans about whether the rumored documentary could move forward and bring renewed scrutiny to the ongoing feud and the sexual assault allegations involving T.I. and Tiny.
