Megan Thee Stallion’s rep tells TMZ that she ended her relationship with NBA player, Klay Thompson.
“I’ve made the decision to end my relationship with Klay. Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward. I’m taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity,” her rep shared with TMZ.
The news was confirmed in the aftermath of the Houston rapper sharing an Instagram story, seemingly accusing the Dallas Maverick shooting guard of cheating on her.
“Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house…got “cold feet,” the 31-year-old wrote.
“Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season now you don’t know if you can be “monogamous”???? b—h I need a REAL break after this one ..bye yall.”
The two confirmed their relationship last summer after Klay was spotted in an Instagram post she shared of them vacationing together. They also made a public appearance as a couple at the Megan’s Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City’s Gotham Hall on July 16, 2025.
She even shared videos and photos of their time together, including him surprising her with flowers after being late picking her up from the airport, her spending Thanksgiving with his family and cooking for them, courtsude gane appearances, and the two enjoying a food tasting at a restaurant.
From the outside, it appeared the relationship was going strong, but unfortunately, it came to an end.
