Raphael “Money Train” Ratliff is responding publicly after his brother, Burnic Vidal Ratliff, was recently arrested in Rock Hill.
Raphael appeared to clap back at critics with a newly released video titled “I’m Good,” sharing the message: “My response to ALL the bullsh—-t.. FK THE HATERS AND FK THE BLOGS,” while promoting the track on social media.
In the solo video, Raphael is seen posing in a white vehicle as he addresses the backlash, rumors, and narratives surrounding his brother’s legal troubles. He also made it clear that he is standing beside Burnic despite the serious charges and public scrutiny.

Burnic was taken into custody Monday in Rock Hill on three felony counts of indecent liberties with a child, according to the Wadesboro Police Department. Investigators say the charges stem from alleged incidents with an offense date of October 10, 2019. Authorities said there had been a warrant out for his arrest dating back to October 10, 2019, with an indictment issued on March 8, 2021. The case was later transferred to Superior Court, where an order for his arrest was issued.
According to archived Facebook posts from the Wadesboro Police Department, Burnic was previously listed as wanted on March 17, 2022, after allegedly failing to appear in court on the charges. At the time, authorities asked the public for help locating him due to active warrants for his arrest. However, the criminal case was reportedly disposed of on December 20, 2024, according to court records obtained by The Exclusive Press.
Authorities stated that a recent review of the case, prompted by renewed community discussion, led officers and investigators to reexamine the matter, according to a statement from Chief Michael Childers. Childers said a True Bill of Indictment had not previously been entered for extradition, prompting immediate action to have Burnic arrested and returned to North Carolina.
Burnic, who also goes by “King 300,” responded online with several cryptic posts referencing faith and perseverance, including one citing Psalm 27 and another reading: “They talked about God, spit on him, beat him, and killed him. So what do you think they’ll do to you!”
The 32-year-old also promoted a song titled “Trouble,” that’s dropping soon, featuring an image of himself in a prison jumpsuit. In the caption, Burnic wrote: “Because of my past getting into trouble a lot mtfs believe anything. Guilty b4 judgement. I ain’t perfect but I’m better but somehow trouble finds me.”

Meanwhile, All Citi Network Facebook page has continued closely tracking the case involving Burnic, sharing multiple posts, including one questioning why Raphael is still performing publicly despite his brother’s past legal issues.
“Do people even know who they’re standing next to? Are event spaces checking who they’re bringing around families? Or is everybody just looking the other way because it’s ‘entertainment’?” the outlet shared on Facebook.
The outlet added: “This ain’t about hate. This ain’t about tearing nobody down. This is about awareness.”

Some social media critics argue that Raphael is obligated to support his brother, while others accuse him of showing misplaced loyalty given the seriousness of the charges and say they want to see him hold Burnic accountable.
All charges against involving Burnic are allegations at this time. No information regarding an upcoming court date for the Pageland, South Carolina native has been released.
In the meantime, Raphael is making it clear that he is not bothered by the controversy surrounding his brother while continuing to promote his music.
