The video comes weeks after Elmo’s June 3rd post hoping both the New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs have fun ahead of the finals. Some Knicks fans didn’t take too well, flooding the comments with jokes like, “These streets are not Sesame Street,” while others reminded him that he’s a New Yorker, and he should be supporting the Knicks. Even the New York City DOT jokingly threatens to remove the “Sesame Street” sign, writing, “Don’t make us take this down, bro.”
