The woman who accused Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping her when she was 13 years old speak out for the first time in a exclusive interview.
The woman who doesn’t want her identify revealed, told NBC that she arrived at the MTV (which was in her bucket list) after sneaking out of her parents home in Rochester, NY and was driven to the award show by a friend. She reported to NBC that she was watching the MTV show on a jumbotron outside after because she didn’t have a ticket.
She chatted with limo drivers to get into an after-party. One limo driver told her that he works for Combs, telling her she fit what Diddy was looking for before taking her to the after-party.
She signed a document that she didn’t read and entered a large white residence with a gated U-shaped driveway—where rape occurred, according to the accuser as reported by NBC. At the party, she had a drink and started feeling funny. From there, she said that where the rape happen by Diddy and Jay-Z while a unknown female was watching. She flee from the home and went to a nearby gas station to call her father to pick her up.
NBC found some inconsistencies in her story. The woman alleged that her father picked her up after the alleged sexual assault, and didn’t say anything to her while driving her back home. Reporters talk to the father says who said that he doesn’t recall that ever happening.
She claims she spoke to a celebrity at the MTV after-party where she said she was sexually assaulted, but that celebrity said he was not in New York at the time. Images from that evening show Jay-Z and Combs at a different location than the one the woman described, as reported by NBC News.

Combs’ attorneys called the lawsuit a shameful money grab attempt while Carter deny the claims with his legal team fighting to have the charges dismissed. The lawsuit was originally filed in October 2023 in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant, and it was refiled on Dec. 8th, adding Carter’s name as another defendant.

The accuser’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, told NBC News in a email quote that, “Jane Doe’s case was referred to our firm by another, who vetted it prior to sending it to us.”
“Our client remains fiercely adamant that what she has stated is true, to the best of her memory. We will continue to vet her claims and collect corroborating data to the extent it exists. Because we have interrogated her intensely, she has even agreed to submit to a polygraph. I’ve never had a client suggest that before,” he added.
The woman, now a 38-year-old woman who lives in Alabama, said she’s standing by her overall statement of being raped despite some of the story’s inconsistencies.
