New Reality Show, The Complete Boss, Take Entrepreneurs Out of Their Comfort Zone into an Elevated Mindset on Entrepreneurship

Are you a “Complete Boss”? Well, the new reality show, now airing on The Complete Network TV, follows a powerful cast of entrepreneurs, creatives, and emerging leaders as they are put to the challenge to test their business savvy through strategic thinking and leadership. 


The cast members consist of seven contestants: Rakeeda Austin, Brandon Fayson, Troy Weekes, Devon Cormack, Martin Premise, Oleathia Robinson, and Dalicia Baldwin. Together, they must navigate challenges during the boot camp that will guide them down the path of unlocking ‘complete boss’ potential. These challenges include real-world business scenarios, strategic thinking tasks, and leadership tests. The contestants will utilize a blend of structured learning, hands-on tools, and real-world strategies to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses efficiently. The show’s host is an international brand manager, Fashion Wine Up/producer, editor for Iconique Magazine, and Cake and Bacon production director, George ‘Ego Maserati’ Broughton, and it features an all-star cast judge, Candace (Six Figure Spa Chick); show producer Mashi Epting; celebrity hairstylist & MUA Jaleesa Carprue; and celebrity stylist Winnie Stacks. The show is directed by Jerrilyn Profit. 

 Set in a competitive yet empowering environment, the series delivers fundamental transformation, bold personalities, and high-stakes moments. The show embodies the essence of a complete boss, inspiring viewers with its empowering atmosphere. 

 Fashion guru Winnie Stack was delighted to serve as a judge and collaborate with the cast to push beyond the unknown and develop new, elevated skills. Stack brings substantial expertise to the cast members as a solidified fashion guru in Hollywood. 
   
“I think the contestant appreciates it and what I bring to the table, and my approach is a stern challenge,” he stated. 

 Being an entrepreneur primarily involves perseverance and hard work. Broughton, the host of the show, shared with the EP that entrepreneurship involves not only hard work and perseverance to reach the next level, but also facing rejections along the way. However, he emphasized that it’s crucial to refocus and overcome these challenges. Broughton also shared with the Exclusive that rejection can be beneficial once entrepreneurs take the lesson from it to build and shape themselves into complete bosses and run a successful business.

Some of the contestants shared with the EP how the boot camp prepared them, and others shared about a mindset they weren’t comfortable with, and the only way to overcome it was to get out of their comfort zone. When asked how the boot camp influenced the contestants’ mindsets, judge Candace from Six Figure Spa Chick shared that to grow a business, one must be able to take constructive criticism. This insight into the value of feedback enlightens the audience about the importance of learning and growth in entrepreneurship.
